Where are the How-To's ? (Need to know how to add Tag) http://cookbooker.com/test-dir/forum/discussion/107/where-are-the-how-tos-need-to-know-how-to-add-tag Sat, 04 May 2013 12:14:36 -0400 Brenda 107@/test-dir/forum/discussions I'm sure this question must have been asked before: How do I add tag?

Reason I need to know: I own book: Flour. It's been added to my bookshelf. Yet when I go to my bookshelf and type in Search (Book or Recipe Title): Flour...it doesn't take me to the book. SO, I manually have to scroll several pages to get to the book itself.

I have read that if I add a Tag to the book that will assist in finding the book in my bookshelf.

I would like to see one place where knowledge/help resides. Is there one yet?

If a person adds a tag, that tag is seen by ALL members?? Sorry, I'm confused.

(PS: Why is it that when I click on my bookshelf's Flour book, I only see SOME recipe reviews...and therefore, to see them all, I have to go to the entire website's recipe reviews in order to see ALL the reviews from the book?

I love the website and am telling everyone who will listen about it. Thanks for any help. ]]>

Today I was in Boston, and because of cookbooker and reading all of your reviews, I recognized the Flour bakery, and ate there. Oh boy was it good. And from your reviews, I knew that the desserts would likely be the best part. I admit I blew my diet and we tried four different desserts. It was very fun, and makes me now want to buy the cookbook.
Along a similar line, my husband ate at Dinosaur BBQ, and later bought the book (we love the book).

So - if you've reviewed from Flour - then thanks so much - and I'd love to hear your stories/experiences.]]>

My beautiful looking scones had a bad baking powder flavor (http://www.cookbooker.com/recipe/15676/oat-and-maple-syrup-scones). Having now done some googling, I'm wondering whether the recipe's baking powder+flour to liquid ratio was off. 1T BP plus 2 3/4 C flour with only 1/2 C liquid (1/4 C maple syrup and 1/4 C milk). Was there too little liquid to properly activate the baking powder? I also just opened a different brand of baking powder than I've used before (ARGO). Baking experts out there - any thoughts on this?]]>
