This as well as Vol 2 is one of my All Time Favorites! I am still trying to test every single recipe in here - I have tried Many, Many Many.. and will add those to the recipe review as soon as I can.. but... this is one of those cook books that stand by my overall impression of Great Cook Books to go by.. and that is.. "If I find one great recipe in the book.. it makes it all worth the while to own it... and... If I find 1 Great Recipe in a Cook Book.. I am Very Likely.. to find that there is another one in there that I will love equally"... My Motto on Favorite Cook Books! :)
