This is one of the first cookbooks that I bought when I started to cook. It was a great learning tool. Every recipe has a picture of the completed dish. Many have step by step illustrated instructions to help guide you. Even though the book is thirty years old, I still make many of the recipes.There is an updated version, and I recommend this book to any new cook.
