This is a wonderful cookbook. The recipes are well tested and the reliability of recipes turning out as they should is excellent. The baking recipes do not utilize expensive and complicated flour mixes, rather oat flour. The author suggests substitutions for oat flour in case the recipe maker cannot tolerate oat flour.
Many of the main dish and lunch recipes are quite simple and use a minimum of ingredients. This is a great all-around cookbook. Great for those with food allergies and would be a wonderful easy reference for those not used to cooking for food-allergic and or vegan guests.
There are very good recipes in every category.
