Skimming through this book, I was excited. Many of the recipes sounded good, even the ones without photos. I've tried three recipes now, and each has had a significant flaw. One was flavourless, another overflowed the prescribed pan, and the third was excessively sweet (I suspect including weights for the various vegetables and fruits would've helped this). I'm still tempted to try more recipes because they really do have potential, but I'll adjust the recipes using common sense as I go instead of following them to the letter the first time like I usually try to do.
