I received this cookbook as a gift and what a great gift it is. A large cookbook with a large variety of recipes. I look forward to making more out of it.

This a beautiful book with many pictures of the finished dishes. The chapters are divided by courses with clear and concise directions. There are also cooking notes, entertaining notes and wine notes for most of the recipes. The last chapter is entertaining 101, information to make you a great host at your next party.
