This book is aptly named, it covers all different kinds of baked goods. The book is very well organized into 9 sections. Each section begins with a list of all the recipes for that particular baked good. The recipes are clear an easy to follow. Many techniques are explained and many tips given. I have made many recipes from this book and they were all great.
