I first heard of Maryann Esposito on PBS but it was the recipe Orsi piccoli (Little Bears) that made me buy the book (no internet in 1991). It was a recipe for little sweet bread bears, but this book had so many more great recipes. A stuffed bread called broccoli roll has become a family favorite. A well worn book.
