It's a beautiful book with a lot of very witty illustrations about anything French - but unfortunately, to date most recipes have been disappointing.
Stéphane Reynaud's 2008 French cooking guide contains 8 indexed recipes, including Coq au Chambertin, Pea and Mint Mash, and Flaky Pastry. Members have submitted 5 recipe reviews with an average rating of 2.6 out of 5, and the cookbook itself received 1 overall book review rating it 2 out of 5.
