Every recipe is preceded by a little anecdote or commentary. It is this side of the EVO Watershed, and dates from the time when vegetables were liberated from the vegetarian ghetto and started to be taken seriously by people who also like meat.
You could construct a three course meal from this book, or just find an interesting veg to go with with your grilled steak.
