Bug fixed with useful voting

Some of you may notice that your 'useful' vote count has suddenly shrunk. People have not been changing their minds, rather I found a bug in the voting system which would sometimes count a vote twice (someone alerted me to this a while ago but I couldn't replicate it until now). I fixed the bug and cleared out the erroneous votes from the database.
