I was skeptical but decided to try it - and so glad I did! It was delicious! Creamy but not heavy and the perfect compromise between red sauce and Alfredo. It is quick and simple, and all ingredients I keep on hand. The recipe did say to cook the garlic first then add onions - I believe this can leave you with burnt garlic, so I always cook onions for a few minutes before throwing in the garlic.
