Difficulty: Easy Cooked: Apr 18, 2026 ✓ Would make again

These are EASY to make and tasty! They stay soft and pliable and work really well in lieu of pita. That said, I did shape these into rounds the night before and allowed them to rise in the fridge overnight. Otherwise this recipe calls for only a 15 minute rest of the dough and can be made quickly/with very little planning.
