It wasn't really as interesting as I had hoped. The egg, and possibly the whole egg-cream-mixture didn't go with the rest of the ingredients.
I liked the idea of the sherry-soaked raisins, crunchy roasted cashew nuts and the curry, but I would have preferred at least half-crunchy leeks to go with it - no egg-cream and less butter seems to be the way to go.
