Delicious. My son-in-law was the one who actually made this. The flavor of the meat was delicious and I liked the vinegar-based sauce. Since the pork is smoked and then slow roasted in the oven, you do have to be home the entire day to make this. But definitely worth it when you can do it. We did not add the sauce to all of the meat because some of the family wanted to use their favorite sauce.
