Super simple recipe that would be great to throw in before work. We decided to have this over rice instead of sandwiches and everyone said they'd eat it again. It's hard to beat a two ingredient dinner on a night when everyone gets home late from sports practices.

Need a delicious easy meal to come home to after a long day at work. This recipe couldn't be simpler, all you do is throw a beef roast in a slow cooker along with a jar of pepperoncini peppers and turn it on. Come home toast some sub rolls or hamburger buns, shred the beef which is now fall apart tender, add some cheese and you're good to go.
