Peperoncinci Beef Sandwiches

Need a delicious easy meal to come home to after a long day at work. This recipe couldn't be simpler, all you do is throw a beef roast in a slow cooker along with a jar of pepperoncini peppers and turn it on. Come home toast some sub rolls or hamburger buns, shred the beef which is now fall apart tender, add some cheese and you're good to go.
