We had these again last night for supper. We love them and they're so easy and quick to make. I usually use some of my homemade mexican chow chow instead of the pickled relish but didn't have any opened last night so my son suggested I try a dill pickle and use some whole grain mustard instead of the plain mustard. Well I think we like them even better that way.

The first time I made these I used the whole amount of mayo called for and they were too runny so now I only use 1/2 the amount.
