I opted to use one of the suggested substitutions for lobster in this one. I had hoped to get some imitation lobster but ended up getting crab instead. I think this would also be good with the suggested shrimp. I left the cilantro out of husbands. I made a half recipe for daughter, hubby and I, giving us each a whole filled avocado.
