This was a great disappointment and the only dish I have cooked from this book that has been returned to me by my hungry teenage boys as being completely inedible (I had to agree). I have not made Rarebit since an unfortunate cooking class in high school. The ingredients that attracted me to this recipe were the mustard powder and fresh horseradish.
