A delicious 100% whole wheat flour recipe that rose to make 3 light textured loaves. I was interested that she changed her herb mix from the recipe in the first book (that I did not make). The smells coming from the dough (yes I actually made this recipe the right way and did not try to jam it into my bread machine) from first adding the sautéed onion garlic and herb mixture throughout the baking process were tantalizing.
