Very delicious, very quick but not that easy. To start with, it's difficult to get the timing right, to get the salmon done without burning it. You really need to be well prepared as everything goes so quickly, especially flambéeing - think a small bowl with sake in one hand and a lit match in the other. The result however is very nice, it's healthy and incredibly quick!
