This recipe instructs us to make a simple and healthy snack. I used home cooked chickpeas, and had no trouble with getting them dried out and crunchy. I had some problems getting the salt and spices to stick. These were fairly good, and I might make them again, but I'd spend more time researching other cooking methods.
I used garam marsala to spice these, there are many other options out there.
