YUM
Whole wheat hot cross bun, with golden raisins soaked in rum. I successfully mixed the dough in my bread maker. The recipe makes 24 buns, and calls for placing the individual balls in a 9 inch cake pan. I found that the 12 balls took up nearly all the space, and that the additional rising led to very crowded buns.
A very nice alternative to the traditional.
