Quite a nice recipe apart from the addition of dry mash potato flakes. Why you would use this in a soup recipe is a mystery to me as you hardley need to do much to a fresh potato in soup for it to naturaly thicken it. I also found that you need to bump up the seasoning a bit for my palate personaly.
