We liked the easy tomato sauce and the portobello mixture with the tomato sauce but the noodles were a bit dry once cooked. We're not big ricotta fans and like our lasagna with cottage cheese most times instead. This might be a bit better that way. Also once rolled and placed in the pan to bake the tops stick up too much I think and got a bit dried out. Maybe we'd have liked this better in shells instead.
