The recipe says that it will make 24 cupcakes, but I once made 36 small-ish cupcakes from one batch of this batter.
There are 6 easy steps in the recipe, which calls for: 1/2 c hot water 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 c unsalted butter 1 1/2 c sugar 4 eggs 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1 1/3 c milk
350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
