Gratinated Strawberries with Amarettinis / Gegratineerde aardbeien met Amarettinis

Basically, this is a kind of strawberry crumble for the lazy / hurried / nonchalant - baked fruit with a crust. It was quite nice, though nothing in comparison to a real (strawberry) crumble such as Deb's Strawberry-Rhubarb Crumble or Marie Claire's Apple and Rhubarb Crumble or Nigel Slater's Apple Crumble. However, it has very low levels of sugar and fat, so if you substitute the vanilla ice cream for yoghurt or curd you can easily enjoy it even while watching your weight.
