This is a very easy glaze to make and would be delicious on many sweet items. We really thought it gave the Thumbprint Rolls a wonderful something extra. It seemed to take them over the top. I remember something Peter said in the presentation yesterday about eating with our eyes first and using glaze to make something that's already good even better.

I used this white fondant glaze on the Danish, Hot Cross Buns and Fruit-Filled Thumbprint Rolls. It is super easy to make, very tasty and easy to drizzle over to finish the recipes.

½ the recipe makes way more than twice needed for an entire batch of hot cross buns. I was able to reuse it with the fruit filled thumb print rolls and still threw out more than ½ the recipe.
