I used this recipe to fill a few Danish with the cream cheese filling as the base. It was very easy to make and very delicious filling.
My only complaint is that I made 1/8 the recipe, since I was going to use this filling for 1/8 of the recipe, and there were still tons left over. It would be nice if the recipe stated about how much filling was used for each Danish, so I could have scaled the recipe to make a usable amount without waste.
I enjoyed all the fillings, but this was by far my favo...
