This recipe is really fabulous - I've made it multiple times, and that doesn't often happen. It's easy and delicious. I use water and a broth powder (Vogue Vege Base - 1T) instead of a prepared broth. I also make it a little easier by using a potato or two to thicken it instead of messing around with arrowroot powder.
