Very simple, very delicious! One thing we did not do was sieve the whole thing through a chinois to get rid of the skins - I just did not see that happening. It probably would have been finer without skins, but for a normal dinner this was fine enough.
Served with Coq au Chambertin from the same book and baked potatoes.
