This is a great recipe, and very convenient - you can fry up the onions and make the sauce and then pop the pork in the slow cooker for 8 hours or so while you're off at work. Then you just have to reduce the sauce and pull the pork.
I've made it with and without hot peppers, and I prefer it spicy, but listen to your own tastes on this one. It's not terribly Mexican if you don't put in jalapenos and use cilantro when you serve it, and we often just do this as regular pulled pork on soft buns wit...
