There was absolutely nothing wrong with this simple stir-fry. But nothing really memorable either. Easy to prep and cook and a good way to use up a lone rib-eye. A good weeknight option. I did cut my snow peas in half rather than leaving them whole as I like the look of a dish better when the components are of somewhat uniform size. Pairs well with beer.
