If you are up to a bit of serial blanching (of beans and cauliflower) in the heat of the summer, this is just a delicious summer side. The veggies are healthy, the dressing is tangy, the fresh basil and parsley scream summer, and it only improves after a night in the fridge. An excellent accompaniment for an Italian-style marinated and then grilled flank steak.
