This is a very simple, sweet and not too spicy chutney that went very well with grilled Indian-spiced pork "sirloin" chops.

I made a spice rub for the pork using an old Fine Cooking recipe for Indian-spiced salmon (link below) and let that sit at room temperature for about an hour before grilling.

It was very tasty.
