We all agreed this is a wonderful way to cook collard greens. I'm sure it would work with other greens as well as suggested my Sara Foster. The country ham, crushed red pepper flakes, and chicken broth gave the collards a wonderful flavor. Loved the little bit of pot "likker" over my corn bread as did my daughter. Hubby was the only one who used the suggested Hot Pepper Vinegar on his as Dad, Sis, daughter and I like ours without vinegar. I will be using this cooking method for greens...
