This was a really good, easy way to jazz up some frozen broad beans. All you do is cook them in a saucepan with some simmered chopped tomatoes and garlic and a bit of oil for about 15 minutes and you're done. It made a terrific side dish for roast chicken and was really good cold the next day for lunch mixed in with some couscous and leftover roast chicken.
