As Slater says, a good way to use that packet of dried mushrooms you found at the back of the cupboard. Relies on good chicken stock and very fine straining to get rid of the grit.
There are 10 pages of suggestions for mushrooms in this book, you've got no excuse for not finding some inspiration!
