I didn't follow the recipe exactly on this one as I used leftover turkey (mostly breast) instead of cooking chicken thighs in the broth. Hubby likes turkey better than chicken and even though I prefer dark meat he prefers white. In fact he won't even eat the dark. I used the suggested cream cheese crust from page 29.
