This was quick and easy. I got some easy peel shrimp on sale and was looking for a new and different way to prepare it when I lucked up and found this recipe. Both hubby and I loved it. I made a half recipe using a pound of shrimp and it was perfect for the two of us. We loved the spicy bite the amount of black pepper and chili flakes gave to the shrimp. I know I'll be making this one again. I served it with the broccoli on page 48.
