If you want to make a brownie dessert for a special occasion, this is your recipe. It is simpler than many of the tart recipes, but is still made in a removable bottom tart pan. I made the regular version. For me this came out as a fudgy brownie. The Ganache Puddle was so liquid, it was hard to control. Sorry, that was the wrong picture. I fixed it now. No separate crust, but it comes out of the tart mold nice and firm.
