I never even considered this a recipe for writing down but I suppose some people might find it helpful. I was surprised to see it in this book. We've been making cubed salt and peppered fried potatoes like this for as long as I can remember and I still make them occasionally. I remember growing up having them on Sunday's for breakfast along with scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meat and biscuits.
