Hubby really liked this, son said he thought just ok. I enjoyed it. I did leave out the celery and bell pepper since both hubby and son hate celery and son hates bell pepper. I used Sirachi for the hot sauce called for and doubled the amount as we like spicy food. I also added some black pepper. This was an easy one skillet meal for a work night supper.
