Mama's Hamburger "Hobo Sacks"

These were really tasty and easy to do after arriving home from work tired. They are very similar to the Girl Scout packets my daughter learned to make in Girl Scouts. Also I could fix hubby, mine and son's with just the things they like. I made mine with everything - hamburger, carrots, onions and potatoes. In my son's I omitted the carrots and onions and in hubby's I omitted the carrots. Loved the house seasoning on these. Clean up was a breeze as well since they were baked in the foil packets.
