This is the best cheesecake I have ever had, including in restaurants. It's not too heavy, very creamy, just the epitome of what cheesecake should be. (And I don't really like cheesecake.) The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because the recipe is very labor-intensive, and takes at least 2 days. It is not a recipe I would make often because of that, but I would only choose this recipe if I were making cheesecake.
