These are indeed great cut-outs. The dough seemed a bit sticky at first but after some time in the fridge it was easy to work with, and flavor was excellent. The texture was perfect - crisp and sturdy enough to decorate without being tough or hard.

Easy success!
Two secret ingredients make these cookies have fabulous flavor - cream cheese and lemon zest. The dough is very buttery, and it needs at least an hour chilling for ease of rolling and getting the cut cookie out of the cutter.
Each year, I attend a cookie party, where we bring our dough, and roll, cut, and decorate together. Twice I have brought this dough, and hand down, this is the easiest working and most delicious.

Daughter did a great job decorating and the cookies with cream cheese and lemon zest sound delightful. Wish I had one to go with my coffee right now.
