The flavor of these gnocchi is excellent. They are not too difficult to make, particularly if you just stick with the "pillow" shape and skip the attempt to make the ridges. I made these with Soupereasy and neither of us were really able to nail the ridge technique. At least not yet. But they cooked up quickly -- and had a very nice lightness to them.
