Although this soup wasn't as, "full of flavour," as the recipe promised, it still had a pleasant, if slightly bland, taste. I used full fat coconut milk instead of reduced fat, which probably helped the smoothness and I also kept it slightly chunky, but blended. It has a nice texture and I'm hoping the flavours will develop a bit more overnight in the fridge as I have enough left over for a couple of days worth of work lunches.
