DB tried his hand several times at this dish when he was still a student - and he wasn't very successfull. It was very hard to get the timing right as the dish involves several different kinds of fish and seafood - it's a game you can only loose. I do have the idea that it can be delicious if you get it right, but effort and result are just not balanced.
